Real life parenthood moment – bc no one shares the unglamorous parts on social media. During pregnancy everyone tells you how amazing it is, how much you'll love being a parent. This is all 100% true, I do love it, but no one talks publicly about the more challenging days. The marathon 12 hour, all night fussing and feeding sessions; that you'll soak your sheets, three shirts and five burp cloths with sweat, milk, and other fluids; that you'll cry with frustration and exhaustion at 3 am; that practicing patience is harder than you found it before. Then baby will look at you and you'll be wide awake, swelling with love and forget it all. For all the veteran and fellow new parents out there…I have a new-found admiration for you. For all the soon to be parents…get ready for a wild ride. #reallifeparenthood #upallnightandnotpartying #thankgodfornaps →
